In this solo episode I wanted to break down some basic information about food and nutrition. I am by no means a nutritionist and you should absolutely do your own research. I do not advocate for any one particular diet over another. I believe every human being is different and requires different nutritional nourishment based on their genetic makeup, ancestral background and life history. That being said I do believe there are some pillars of knowledge that anyone looking to be more mindful of their eating habits can benefit from understanding.
