About This Episode: It's Mama Monday! I had such a nice chat with New Zealand mom Nicole - her child has always reminded me of Mr. 9 when he was little. In this episode, we talk a lot about overlapping diagnoses and undiagnosed struggles: anxiety, giftedness, anger, autism, etc. When you have an intense kid, it's so hard to pinpoint where the challenges are coming from. Here are just some of the topics we discuss:

-Really hard adjustments for an ND kid to a sibling
-Understanding rejection sensitivity in young kids
-When "naming your feelings" receives a ton of pushback from your kid
-When sadness and anxiety comes out as anger and avoidance
