How many times will we say Tadej Pogacar is victorious on the road in 2024 - no more - the season is over as the Slovenian blows everyone away in Lombardia. Is road racing now the battle for second or even third when he’s racing? No Tom Pidcock present - has he thrown his toys out the pram one too many times at INEOS Grenadiers?! We have a big old chat on what's not been working for the Brit and whether we'll see him in an INEOS jersey again - could even end up privateering in cyclocross?? Lotte Kopecky bounces back from a stage 5 crash in the Simac Tour to show her domination of the women's peloton, We say goodbye to Christine Majerus in Holland and to the great Grace Brown in France as she bows out of cycling, with glory in the Chrono des Nations. We've had the blistering Time Trials and the World Championship Road Race awaits! It's a bumper episode, we open talking cycling transfers as riders get their moves in and Bora boost their youthful line-up. We review the time trials for juniors, U23s, Elite Women and Men with Remco Evenepoel emulating Grace Brown with World and Olympic success in the same year. Can they both make it a double double? A very different On Yer Bike Episode today. What's it truly like in the team car? Ride along in real time with Anna McEwen and Saint Piran with DS and ex-pro Chris Lawless and 'Viking Glenn' the mechanic.

It looks like it will be a sprint finish into West Northamptonshire but as the race radio keeps reminding us, the breakaway has kept going. Can the Saint Piran Pro Continental beat the odds and be in the right place at the right time by the sprint? Or will the World Tour teams win out?

Put your seatbelt on, bring a sandwich and your karaoke voice. We're onto the penultimate stage of the Tour of Britain and there's no letting up amongt the narrow roads and some punchy climbs.
