Today we are going to be working on increasing the capacity of your heart space. Every human comes into this incarnation having a particular capacity within their heart. That capacity determines how much love frequency you are able to give and you are able to receive. The only path to more love in your life is to increase the capacity of your heart and this is exactly what we are going to work on today.

Today I will take you through an experience meditation that I titled “Tending to Your Garden”. This practice could be applied to any area of your life that you think requires some nurturing, some upkeep, some tender, love and care. You can apply this meditation to your heath, your relationships, your finances, your projects, your business.

Today we will cleanse and reset your physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spirit bodies. It is deep healing work and it will set you up for success. It will prepare you to receive so much more in the future in terms of the frequencies and upgrades because every time that you cleanse away and reset things you bring yourself to that cosmic state of zero. You are able to move forward instead of going in circles. This meditation is very good for you because we are finishing up your 2022 - the year of karmic returns. It is through a deep reset you will enable yourself to untie some old karmic knots.

Today we have a very special journey. Today we are going to go through your heart chakra recalibration. The recalibration of a chakra is like a maintenance procedure but also an opportunity to expand and evolve. As we go through life and we process our emotions, we choose to hold on to some emotions, so we experience trauma, the stress of the day-to-day life our heart chakras become polluted. Doing a regular recalibration is a really good self-care technique that would help you upgrade, would help you life a happier life.

Today we are going to be dealing with your inner victim or your victim mentality. Today we are going to be working through this challenge. Also we will claim your power back so you can live a happy and fulfilling life that you deserve.

Today we are going to be healing and activating your Throat chakra. I find that the throat center is extremely blocked in humanity and yet it is a very critical center, a center of self-expression, communication, a center of knowing, a center of cause and effect, a center of our personal truth, and when we are blocked from our personal truth, when we are blocked from expressing who we are often times it feels like we are living in an empty shell of a life, it feels like we are not on the path, it feels like we are not maximizing our potential. Today we will do a journey together that would help you upgrade the energies in your throat chakra, do some healing as well as activation of the throat chakra so that you can live a happier life.

Today we will travel to the flower garden, it is going to be guided by flower elementals, nymphs, as well as fairy kingdom. It is going to be a light-hearted healing journey. You will receive gifts from the flower kingdom, you will connect with your spirit and companion flowers that will help you on your spiritual journey.

Today’s meditation is about quieting down your busy mind. This guided meditation will help you find a piece within. In our daily lives we are so used to chasing the next goal, the next frontier, we have this fear of missing out, it has become such a trend and yet most of us live our lives seeking that feeling of serenity and finally being enough just as we are. This meditation is the remedy, close your eyes and let yourself relax.
