Ever seen a successful business owner make a big change to their strategy and wonder why (and wish they’d tell you!)?
It can be confusing from the outside looking in because aren’t you supposed to “pick and stick”?!
Or maybe you’ve seen another entrepreneur stop doing the very thing you’ve been getting great results from or were thinking about starting…and wondered if maybe you were missing something and should change directions?
The title already gives it away, and this week, I’m sharing this will be our final episode of ONE Question.
I always want to show you behind-the-scenes the best I’m able. So in Episode 195, I’m unpacking our last ONE Question, and what I’ve been asking over the last year that led to this decision.
I’m giving you a peek into my thought process as a booked out, multi-six-figure coach and what I want to invite you to consider in your own business so you can continue to stay relevant to sustain and scale your success over the years.
We’re not saying “goodbye”; it’s thank you, and “see you later”. Hint: I have something new for you I think you’re going to love!

Learning how to make smart and strategic financial decisions is one of the most important skills as a CEO.
But, most entrepreneurs have been taught how to think about and leverage money as a muggle, aka someone who isn’t growing and scaling a business.

In Episode 192, we jam on:

the surprising ways saving money can cost you and cut into your ROI.
how business owners making a million and above are thinking about investments, as well as what to avoid so you aren’t “lighting money on fire” or leaving money on the table.

There’s one thing every client of mine - at every level of business - wants: more clients.
Oh! You, too?!
I know your business, like my clients’, isn’t cookie-cutter, so there isn’t a one-size-fits all answer to how to bring in more sales.
That’s why, this week, I’m breaking it all down and walking you through exactly how I’d coach you if this was your question in You Asked, I Answered: ONE Question to book more clients this month.
In episode 190, we jam on:
why your next best action step might look different than someone else with a similar model or offer, and what you can audit to help you get clear on the “right problem to solve” to increase sales.
the easiest place to look first if you want to build more momentum, and what to double down on to turn up the number of right-fit leads you attract.

Your success isn’t only found in asking better questions. It’s also in knowing what questions to avoid asking in the first place.
Just like, sometimes your next level isn’t about learning more, it’s found in knowing what advice and noise to ignore so you can listen to your own guidance.
I often say so much of the work I do with clients that’s behind their big transformations and six and seven-figures business results is helping my clients strip away the baggage and what society or the online space has told them is the “right” way to allow for them to “unlearn” and return to more of who they’ve always been and what they’ve always known to be true.
That’s why I was particularly excited when I had a conversation with this week’s guest, Rhys Dawson, who told me the secret to his success and ONE Question he never thinks about that’s allowed him to start two businesses and two podcasts…all by the age of 11.
This might be my favorite guest on the show ever, and I thought there was no one better to illustrate the power of self-trust, building momentum, and ONE Question that could make or break your path to success.
In Episode 189, Rhys and I jam on:
the simple and practical strategy Rhys uses for getting booked on podcasts that most business owners miss and how to leverage this approach to land more opportunities to get visible and expand your reach on any platform.
my post-interview recap about the truth about financial stress, how this impacts the way you approach your business, and how Rhys’s takeaway will support you in showing up in a way that brings in more clients, sales, and revenue.
follow-up questions to support you in tapping into the genius of your younger self that isn’t caught up in all the shoulds, rules, and supposed to’s so you can unapologetically take action, build momentum, and create your own next-level success on your terms.

In episode 188, we jam on:
four follow-up questions to this week’s ONE Question to help you clearly delegate and grow a team that runs like a well-oiled machine and knows how to support you and your business.
the cost of failing to ask yourself this ONE Question and how your answer leads to improved results.
how to use this question to support your offers, the way your clients feel served and held in your programs, and increase a clients’ potential to get the most out of their investment.

POV: you just booked a new client, at your highest rate ever, they paid you in full…and you’ve decided it doesn’t reeeallly count.
Because they were a friend of a friend of a friend.
Because you just saw some chick on IG bragging about how she makes 5X as much as you in one hour while on vacation.
Because someone online wrote a “spicy” post saying referrals don’t count.
Or maybe just because it feels more familiar to yuk your own yum instead of give yourself credit for doing good sh*t in your business.
Well, not on my watch.
Join me in this week’s episode where we’re answering ONE Question to stop discounting wins & HOLD bigger results.
In Episode 186, we jam on:
the first place you HAVE to market in your business (and I rarely use superlatives), why this is evidence that good marketing works, and a bonus mini-training of powerful positioning.
how to use this question to side-step unintentionally reinforcing limiting patterns and to shift your internal AND external narrative, drive, and results.
