The 11th annual #OneDayHH social media challenge will be Wednesday, November 8!

This is the ONE DAY of the year we dedicate to documenting what our lives look like right now, hour by hour. In this short episode, I'm sharing more about what #OneDayHH is, what makes it so special, and why you should participate. 

#OneDayHH takes place on Instagram, and you're welcome to share in stories, reels, the main feed, or whatever feels comfortable for you. The point is to share what "a day in the life" looks like for you in the Fall of 2023. You'll be so glad that you took one day to notice these details, because our lives never look the same from one year to the next.
