"I work at a well-known restaurant that is getting crucified online. Our chef got upset with a customer because they asked for ketchup for their steak. Our chef is very particular and likes to serve his steaks with no condiments because he believes they taste just that good. The customer and the chef got into an argument in the middle of the restaurant. The customer then went online and trashed us. I think we're getting a bad rap.
