How do you keep your sexual energy activated and engaged, when it’s the last thing on your mind or frankly - the last thing you want to do?
During tough times - stress, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, etc...it can feel even more challenging to connect with the sexual part of ourselves. In my experience and observation, that part of us is actually one of the first to shut down in anticipation of a “survival mode” where we’ll be going through some sort of chronic situation.
So in today’s episode I’m sharing some options - some beliefs around connecting to your sexual energy that I believe can serve us all in staying in an orgasmic flow and state that not only heals us physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. What’s more -- it extends to our partners, children, communities and global connections.
Plus some practical, grounded tips from a recent client conversation I had on how simple habits can be part of the greater objective of nurturing your sexuality and sensuality.
