Using her personal experiences with vicarious trauma, moral injury, and compassion fatigue stemming from almost two decades of working in service of asylum seekers and refugees as a catalyst, Dimple launched Roots in the Clouds in 2021 with a personal mission of putting the “human” back into humanitarian work.
