Capt. Kevin just couldn’t take it – Turkey Fever overwhelmed him, so he took off to do some OSR in Georgia with the hopes of bagging a bird. Capt. Kirk and Jeff took the helm and had a whole lot of fun while he was gone!
Lots of great stuff to talk about in terms of both hunting and fishing, and of course, they both had lots of great stories, too.
Here’s your L.V. Hiers gear tip of the week: Homemade rod storage rack. Made with screw eyes, pvc, and paracord and can clear the floor area of your garage!

Here’s your Kirbyco Builders Inc. cooking tip of the week from Chef/Captain Kirk:
Baked Beef Ribs
One full rack of beef ribs
Rib Rub
Olive oil
Carrots(1 lb)
Onion (1lg)
Sweet Baby Rays BBQ
Rub ribs with olive oil blended with a tablespoon of Rib Rub
Place 1 lb of carrots and 1 sliced onion at bottom of baking dish
Bake at 375 for approximately 45 minutes. Brush ribs with
SBR bbq sauce and bake for 10 more minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
