With the Jags’ season gearing up, it’s more and more common for Jeff to be out, and this was one of those weeks. With him in Atlanta, the episode was in the capable hands of Capt. Kevin and Capt. Kirk. That’s a good thing, because they had plenty of outstanding fishing to talk about.
