Heute lade ich Dich zu einem kleinen Selbstexperiment ein, um Dir ein Erklärungsmodell für Schmerzen näherzubringen. Das sogenannte Bracing. Kennengelernt habe ich dieses Erklärungsmodell bei den Jungs von BEST und ehrlicherweise hab ich sie kurz verflucht, als das Selbstexperiment zu Ende war. Allerdings ist die Erkenntnis dafür umso einprägsamer.

Ich möchte Dir eine Erklärung liefern, was Schmerzen sind und zudem ein paar Einflussfaktoren auf Schmerzen nennen. Das Erklären von Schmerzen und diverser Beschwerdetreiber sollte in Behandlungen einen der wichtigen Schwerpunkte darstellen. Alleine dieses Wissen hat bereits einen nachhaltig positiven Einfluss auf Schmerzen. Leider geistern hierüber viele Mythen umher.
