Rebekah is an industry leader for movement education, bone health, and Pilates for more than 20 years, with a background in dance and sports medicine. She has contributed to several books including the Myths of Menopause and serves on committees including with the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation and the Medical Advisory Committee of the National Menopause Foundation.
