As riders, we have lots of spinning plates that could potentially impact our mindset and/or mental health. What's the difference between mindset, mental health, mental well-being, emotional well-being and a host of other terms (does it really matter the terminology?).
One thing is for sure, our neurological health has many facets and all work best when we keep our equilibrium, despite setbacks and life happening.
