(I originally created this meditation for my students in my Meditation Teacher Training and thought everyone could probably benefit from hearing it—I hope you enjoy! 

We've all experienced it... 

You start something new and step into the unknown. Maybe it's a training, a new job, a new group, or a new way of showing up for yourself.

At first, it's exciting, right?! Then the self-doubt creeps in...

"I don't know if I can do this."
"I don't know if I belong."
"Maybe this wasn't the right decision for me."

My friend, I believe that voice is a sign you are in the right place. It's a sign you are growing and expanding into something new. You are capable of more than you think you are and this meditation is meant to be a reminder of that.
