This week I’m chatting with Josh Hall about the challenges businesses are facing right now and how to navigate them!

Like me, Josh is also a Web Design Coach. He started web design as a freelancing side hustle, and over the years has managed to grow it to a six-figure business today. And, funnily enough, we are actually both based at Columbus, Ohio! He’s also the host of the Web Design Business Podcast.

There are always going to be periods of ups and downs in business. You need to be proactive and learn to problem-solve based on the data to adapt to challenges.

Trying to go it alone can cause you to make mistakes that perpetuate the problem - having a coach or mentor to help you get to the root of that problem will help you see the reality.

Never turn off your sales strategy, even if you need to lessen it during your busier seasons. By always carving out time for your most effective marketing and sales activities, you’ll build a pipeline for when you come out of your booked-out season.
