Ereka Howard is a speaker, an entrepreneur, Adoptee, and Mental Health Advocate. She has dedicated her life to the upliftment and empowerment of others. She is a fresh voice for a new generation. Ereka is a graduate of Texas State University with a BS in Exercise and Sports Science and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counselling. Ereka is also a licensed Chemical Dependency Counsellor- Intern.
