Carl's knowledge & expertise in performance data as well as practical application of equipment and software is second to none and we discuss these topics at length in the episode. He also goes into lots of detail on monitoring load, jumping for team sports and his thought on velocity based training. The use of technology has exploded over the last 10-15 years and Carl does a great job of breaking these down & the myths and pitfalls of many currently out there.
