Crystal Waters’ “Testify,” Chocolate Puma’s remix of Gershon Jackson, and Full Intention’s re-rub of Ralphi Rosario with Linda Clifford’s “Wanna Give It Up.” Bass-driven grooves and classic disco chops keep the energy consistent while allowing for roomy transitions and DJ-friendly extended mixes.

This Chill Out entry in the Diva Series (2017) collects slowed, soulful house reworks that spotlight Sade’s shadowy elegance for relaxed sets and late-night listening. It’s a tribute mix built from rare edits and fan-made remixes — including a noted scarce David Morales take on “Shelter” that samples Sade’s “I Never Thought I’d See the Day.”

Highlights favor tasteful, downtempo treatments that preserve the originals’ restraint while adding fresh rhythmic textures. Palinoia’s airy rework of “The Sweetest Taboo,” Master Chic’s lush “Nothing Can Come Between Us,” and Nellee Hooper’s hypnotic flip of “Feel No Pain” set the mood, while Jason B’s “Soldier of Love” revamp and Ben Watt’s Lazy Dog mix of “By Your Side” lean more modern. The set also acknowledges fan-driven bootlegs and edits by Greg Delon and DJ “S,” underscoring how Sade’s songs continue to inspire creative reimagining across chill and soulful house scenes.

This Legacy Dance Tribute from 2017 presents a focused house-music retrospective celebrating David Morales and his knack for turning pop, disco, and soul into club-ready moments. The mix traces Morales’ work across decades, from '70s and '80s source material to his definitive '90s Def Mix-era reworks, with the aim of highlighting his range rather than offering a strict chronology. Highlights include Morales’ club takes on Donna Summer’s “Melody of Love,” First Choice’s “Love Thang,” and Janet Jackson’s “When I Think of You,” alongside '90s club favorites by Jody Watley and Lisa Fischer and pop remixes for Mariah Carey. Across roughly 87 minutes the set balances gospel-tinged uplift, peak-time edits, and melodic pop reimagined for the dancefloor, making this volume a concise listen for fans of Morales’ signature remix craft and anyone curious how classic songs were reframed for clubs.

House Legacy tribute, 2017 — Volume 3 celebrates David Morales and his long-running ability to turn pop and R&B into gospel-tinged club anthems. This mix focuses on Morales’ transformative remixes and productions, highlighting his work with Mariah Carey alongside standout turns for Toni Braxton and Deborah Cox. It’s presented as both a primer on his signature sound and a focused deep-dive for fans.

Expect Morales’ big-room dynamics and organ-driven climaxes across familiar vocals: Mariah Carey’s re-recorded, club-ready “My All” and “Honey,” Toni Braxton’s “You’re Makin’ Me High,” Deborah Cox’s “Who Do U Love,” and Suzanne Palmer’s “Luv 2 Luv” all get the Morales treatment. The set also reminds listeners he’s a producer as well as a remixer, with originals like “Here I Am” featuring Tamra Keenan and a club-ready take on Kristine W’s “One More Try.” At roughly 1:39, it’s a concise survey of how Morales bridges pop, gospel, and house without losing the dancefloor.

This Legacy dance tribute (2017) honors David Morales’s commercial-meets-underground approach to house, mapping how he refashions pop, Urban, and Latin originals into cohesive club statements. Volume 2 spotlights Morales’s ability to preserve a song’s soul while reworking it for peak-time floors, turning familiar radio moments into extended dance journeys.

Highlights include Morales’s Choice Mix of CeCe Peniston’s “Finally,” the club reworking of Lara Fabian’s “I Will Love Again,” and his Latin-tinged remixes for Gloria Estefan, alongside sharp edits of Heavy D & The Boyz, a Morales take on Spice Girls, and an Enrique Iglesias club mix. Running just over ninety minutes, the set reads like a compact history of crossover dance production—nostalgic, well-curated, and consistent in its thread of Morales’s signature rhythmic polish.

This is a dance-oriented Diva Hall of Fame birthday mix for Madonna, 2017 — a two‑hour celebration built from bootlegs and reworks aimed at today’s club floors. The set pulls from EDM, circuit, and club styles and was compiled from the host’s year‑long Madonna folder to spotlight fresh and enduring floor-ready takes.

Highlights include reworks and bootlegs by Voltaic Lab, Lukesavant, Dubtronic, Manuel De La Mare (with a Danny Verde private mash‑up), Erik Gleez, and Sartori, plus tribal and Ibiza‑ready edits that push Madonna’s catalogue toward contemporary club contexts. The host notes that new mixes have thinned since the demise of Legitmix but still assembles a lively sequence of club edits, future house reworks, and tribal remixes. There’s also a brief aside about the future of Party Favorz as the curator prepares for a coding course, but for now the site and the tradition of the birthday mix continue.
