Party Favorz — Dance Music Podcast

This Club Fusion mix — BPM Edition 2010 Volume 1 (2010) — is built as a non-stop dance set for workouts, parties and drive time. The producer remastered and tightened these three-take sets to blend electro, mainstream and progressive house while folding in underground flavors to keep the series from sounding redundant.

Highlights include Ella’s Shine Like A Superstar (7th Heaven Extended Mix), DJ Dan’s extended take on Lady Gaga’s Telephone, and dance-floor conversions of 50 Cent and Adam Lambert. The set also balances peak-hour production with melodic moments from BT and a club-ready turn by David Guetta, giving the hour-plus mix a deliberate mix of pop hooks and underground energy.

Across the three takes this volume favors variety over replayed remixers, moving between electro, funky and progressive house so the mixes feel fresher and more inclusive of lesser-heard producers. Expect tight transitions and selections aimed at sustaining momentum for long sets.

Club Fusion revisits the best dance cuts of 2009 in this Year‑End Volume 4 compilation, pulling electro, funky and house-leaning club mixes and remixes built for the dancefloor. The set is a curated nostalgia trip and a DJ-ready sequence, featuring extended takes and club edits that defined the year’s party sound.

Highlights include Moto Blanco’s vocal turn on Alexandra Burke feat. Flo Rida’s “Bad Boys,” David Guetta’s originals and remixes (including his work with Kelly Rowland and the Black Eyed Peas remix), plus Tiesto & Sneaky Sound System reworked by Wolfgang Gartner. Mark Picchiotti’s mix of Solange’s “T.O.N.Y” and Ian Carey’s “Get Shaky” add peak-time energy, while Soul Seekerz, Dave Aude, Jody Den Broeder and Stonemasons appear across the tracklist to give pop and R&B originals a clear club orientation. Running just under two hours, this Year‑End Edition blends mainstream chart hits and remix-room favorites from 2009.

Club Fusion presents Top Dance Songs of 2009 Volume 3, a year-end mixtape that revisits the remixed pop, electro and house sounds that dominated dance floors as online retailers reshaped music discovery. This episode doubles as a snapshot of 2009’s market moment — Beatport, Traxsource, Juno Download and the briefly hopeful Masterbeat — and a DJ-friendly sequence of club edits and flagship remixes from that year. The mix highlights Cahill’s club take on Agnes’ “Release Me,” Dave Aude’s club treatments of Lady Gaga’s “Paparazzi” and “Bad Romance,” and Axwell’s rework of Faithless’ “Music Matters,” while nods to Manhattan Clique’s remix of Katy Perry and Stonebridge’s Club Mix of Lily Allen add crossover pop energy. Running through house, funky and electro-leaning edits, the set reflects how curated download stores helped bury the old record-store model and made niche remix culture instantly findable for DJs and fans alike.

Designed for DJs and listeners revisiting 2009’s club crossover moments, the set highlights how electro-house pushed into mainstream pop and reshaped dancefloors.

The compilation showcases prolific remixers and returning veterans, with Dave Audé’s club revamps on La Roux and Lady GaGa sitting alongside Cahill’s electro-pop touch on Agnes. You’ll also hear big-room and melodic turns from Bimbo Jones, Kaskade, Pete Hammond, and Oakenfold reframing radio hits by Beyoncé, Kelly Clarkson, Madonna, and others for the floor. At just under two hours, the mix balances peak-time energy with melodic house moments — good for DJ sets, nostalgia playlists, or anyone tracking the era’s influential remixes.
