Passive-Aggressive Communication Isn't Effective (LIVE Replay)
The other day I was working with one of my coaching clients, and he ended up in a situation with his ex-girlfriend that didn't go so well. The fact that it even got to this point was because of how he was acting around her. He would get lost in his emotions around her, and act passive-aggressively. His passive-aggressive behavior caused her to want to end things, and when she came to his place to pick things up, his passive-aggressive behavior caused things to get worse.
Throughout this whole process he was coming to me for advice. I would tell him how to handle the situation, but in the moment he let his emotions get the best of him. This isn't about beating up my client, but pointing out how many of us react in the moment. I'm guilty of this in my past as well. Let's talk about it today!
