In this episode, I talk swine nutrition with Rob Dowdle of Dowdle Family Farms. Rob has done extensive research on exploring the nutritional value of certain feed sources including free feed access we can sometimes find like pumpkin, brewer's grain, dairy, etc. He focuses on the protein concentration and the lysine amounts for weight gain in pigs.
