Disney Teaches Quarterly Planning
I’ve known for a year that my kids get out of school earlier in May than usual and I’ve earmarked the week before Memorial weekend as a great time to do something fun like go to Disney World.
However, as most of you know, Disney is not something you’re able to do on a whim, unless you live next door to Orlando. It’s an entire process from finding a place to stay, to transportation, what rides you’ll do when, and even getting your dining reservations 60 days at 6 AM. (Thanks to my brother for waking up and doing that one.)
The more we planned our Disney trip, the more I realized the similarities between our vacation and the quarterly planning that goes on in my businesses.
