When you’re planning a Disney vacation for your family, there are a lot of things you need to consider in the planning. Where you’ll be staying, how you’ll get around to the parks, where to eat, things that are typically necessary for any vacation.

But when it comes to booking with Disney, they have a tendency to remove as many of these obstacles in the planning process for you. PT practice owners can easily take a page out of Disney’s book. Think of the ways you can improve your patient experience to make it more magical for them. Think of some ways you can remove obstacles for them from the moment they find your clinic online to when they come in for their appointment.

What to Do When You Hit a Roadblock

Dealing with Dissonance

What do you do when you feel uncomfortable with something in your business?

Disney Teaches Quarterly Planning

I’ve known for a year that my kids get out of school earlier in May than usual and I’ve earmarked the week before Memorial weekend as a great time to do something fun like go to Disney World. 

However, as most of you know, Disney is not something you’re able to do on a whim, unless you live next door to Orlando. Hey guys, this week, I’m back with a fresh episode of Patients On Demand, and I couldn’t be happier!
