The first step begins by taking the first step.
That small step may feel like moving mountains. You will shuffle along for a bit, even stumble, trip, fall.
You will get lost but I promise you will find your Self again.
And at times you will float, you will fly.
You will be light, be easy, just be. It’s a journey to change, to transform whether your goal be seemingly small or insurmountable.
But the first step is always taking the first step.
