Here is the fifth step in how to stop worrying from the book "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living" by Dale Carnegie. Abbey helps us learn how to keep ourselves occupied when worry seems to be taking over our lives. But she does teach us this with a caveat: don't ignore your emotions or big decisions, because they don't go away, once you have worked through your emotions and made your big decisions that's when you get busy so you don't wallow in the worry.
In this week's personal pep talk Abbey discusses enjoying the project or stage of life that you are in right now, with less worry about future or past opportunities or stages.
