And while they don't always say it, our parents long to spend time with us. But how do you balance your time between your family, business, and parents? Like it or not, it takes a lot of work. Sometimes the stress is just too much to bear alone. But where can you go for support?

In today's episode, Kylie discusses a topic that not everyone gets to discuss. It's truly personal for her and something for which she has not found much support. Yet, the issue is so real for Kylie as she shares her struggle dealing with her ailing mother.

“That's probably the biggest challenge for me. I feel guilty. I feel guilty if I'm not there for my mother. I feel guilty if I'm not there with my children. And I feel guilty if I'm not running my businesses. I need to be running businesses because I still need to be paying bills and mortgages, and school fees. So it's a lot of guilt.”
