I'm going to dissect and give you my thinking on how I use median price data, how I use statistics to make decisions, and how all of this feeds into our Trifecta criteria, which we use for our buyer's agency service to select suburbs, areas and a property that is going to have the best chance of performance over the short term and the long term.
