We have all been educated on eating well, exercise, not smoking, and more, but we have never taken the time to educate the broader population about the importance of human connection for our own well-being and for the benefit of those we connect with.
The solution to the disconnected world that we live in today should not be a medical one, but one where each of us recognizes that we are all part of the solution and that we need each other, maybe more than ever.
