Jensen is once again missing, so four of the five of us are here for a fun, episode about, well... Star Wars. :)

We recap some new 3D printing news, talk about getting back to the Posse roots via a Star Wars Group Build, recap the recent 2026 Rocky Mountain Expo in SLC, and discuss "Sleeper Builds." Did I mention we discuss Star Wars models?

Jensen is missing, so four of the five of us are here for a fun, straightforward (albeit shorter) episode on Models and Model Show trends in the hobby. Are artistic models ruling the roost in 2026, or do more realistic models own the day? Why? What are some of the factors that cause the hobby to lean one way or the other?

Also, Scott talks about the Upcoming Rocky Mountain Expo being held this weekend May 22/23, 2026 in Salt Lake City, UT. Why is RME different and what are more of the core values that make it unique compared to other shows in the US?

JB leads all 5 of us as we talk about the upcoming 2026 Edition of the 48 in 48 Global Group Build and fundraiser to benefit Models for Heroes the weekend of March 20, 2026. We also do a Modelfiesta Wrap Up, talk about our visits to The Model Box in Boerne, Texas and Lionheart Hobby in Kyle, Texas, and finally a summary of a GREAT model show - Winterblitz - located at the Museum of the American GI in College Station.

JB also leads us in two discussion points - lessons learned when moving across different genres, and also why are Vintage kits so popular? All of the hosts have strong opinions on this one, and that end of things, one side prevails - either the practicality or new, better kits, or the nostalgia and romance of vintage kits. Tune in to see which side came out on top!

Join all 5 of us plus very special guest Scott Samo AKA Nemo from the Modelgeeks joins in the fun. We talk about the upcoming 2026 Edition of the 48 in 48 Global Group Build and fundraiser to benefit Models for Heroes the weekend of March 20, 2026. We also get serious and do a deep dive into each of the hosts "why" - why this hobby? What keeps each of us coming back to it over other pursuits.

JB and Scott have a terrific interview with Boyd Brown, AKA the Quiet Corner Modeler, and we cover a wide range of topics and just generally have a great time!

All five of us have some great discussions around 2 central topics - "What do you do when you have Mojo, but can't seem to find the passion for your next project?" and JB disagrees with Rob Riv on the most important part of a model - the details of the build versus the finish of the build.
