Hershall, Happy New Year! We are so glad to be back in this wonderful year and as every New Year Brings joys and challenges, we look forward to it all the same. The joy sure came to mine and the Songleader's heart as you'll hear today. We had a programming note about our Interview series for 2023 and then moved to some great feedback. We have a new challenge to write a kind of governing document for Pod'N Me and during that portion, the deacon decided to use a word  without any of us knowing it's meaning. I'll let you listen to find out how that went but the big word is bequeathed and I looked it up and that's exactly what happened to the Deacon recently. Also during the feedback he opened some fan mail.... I ended with a gift to the guys that revealed some news about what came to Deacon Dustin’s home… was it a coincidence? It was tremendous for sure. Hershall, tis 4 days until Christmas and we are absolutely (sure sounding word) thrilled that you have been with us again today. We had a wonderful time having you in Studio 4 and, well, you know how we feel about you being on the podcast... You also know how bad things got off the rails but I say (or type) this for the sake of all who are out there in the Podience... We had a feedbacker send some words that caused our minds to trail off to a fictitious (fake sounding word) girl named Piph-nee. That was called back to many times over. We also review some reverse premises of Christmas songs in a phone call to Dink Burbank. Finally we had a very strong finish with the final installment of the year from Hersh & The Chips (a very popular sing group that debuted here a few weeks back). It is nearly an hour of raw fun that we had and we are so thankful for all who listing to these "Little Dumber Boys." God bless & Have a Very MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Hershall, today I had a very needful conversation with a pastor friend of mine, Rev. Doug Hash. He is a grief counselor and he shares with us some very practical things that help us in dealing with grief. There are over 40 different kinds of losses that a person can experience that can cause grief. Rev. Hash gives us an overview of the points that he uses in The Grief Recovery Program to assist people that are working through the grieving process. This may not be a conversation that you feel would apply, but I encourage everyone to listen because it's not just advise for the one grieving but there are some very helpful tips for those trying to help a person in the grief journey. Rev. Hash also debunks some myths that are believed about grief. I appreciate his ministry and feel that our conversion is so timely!

Hershall, on this final day of November, I approach this episode with shamefacedness (KJV big word meaning ashamed). On todays show, we discussed so much stuff that I can't even recall what all was said. Dink Burbank started us off today and things went downhill from there. We talked about Ostrich ugliness, Brad being a cat... well... he was accused of being a cat lover after his personal testimony. We had a friend of Pod'N Me give us a real Apple review which we were proud to read. We are now "the honey crisps of podcasts." Hersh, we are so glad you are tuning in to Pod'N Me still... You being a long time listener of the show, will not be disconcerted (big word for perturbed) at what goes on today. We started by having our very own Rev. Josh Smith to tell about a painful (big word for harrowing) tale (*or tail) of a recent hunting excursion in the state of Georgia. Deacon Dustin recounted a story of a piece of our past where we explored the idea of what R.I.P. looks like for each of us. We also had some very good comments in the feedback section where Songleader Brad spake of sun-dry pets. Ending our part of the discussion today by talking about muted beaks and selfie etiquette...
