Kate Burnett is the co-founder of Wilco Strength Lab (formerly Burnett Body) and is a multi-titled World and National Champion Equestrian. Having been both an elite athlete and coach, Kate brings a unique perspective to the coaching experience, understanding of the physical and mental demands of training at the highest levels. She specializes in helping individuals with performance optimization, injury prevention, nutrition and sustainable training strategies.
In addition to her athletic background, Kate is a Certified Nutritionist and Women’s Coaching Specialist, with a deep understanding of women’s health needs. She designs personalized programs for women experiencing pregnancy, postpartum, autoimmune diseases, menopause, and disordered eating behaviors. Her approach integrates functional nutrition, strength training, and lifestyle modifications to empower clients to take control of their health to achieve lasting well-being.
When not coaching, Kate enjoys barrel racing and spending time with her husband, Chase, and children in Nolensville, TN
