Children's book writer Katelyn Plonski has an incredible story filled with adventure and spur of the moment fun. Katelyn and her boyfriend (now husband) set off on an unknown RV adventure after high school that lead them right into the LineLife. From eating top Ramen everyday, bathing in hotel pools, working as a camp host, being pregnant, and finally writing a children's book called RV with me.
