And then I found me.

STORY:

This is a story of a time

That one time, I fell into the abyss of myself.

And then I found me.

A cosmic journey to self love. 

Even in the deafening sea of doubt, I know I love myself deep down in that dark abyss inside of me, there is a minuscule quiet light.

It pulsates and shines so bright, and it tells me I am that love inside of you, for you. I love you.

Heres a little peculiar story of the time I lay alone inn bed, in Barcelona.

The sun passed the skies three times, but I didn’t move.

I felt the overwhelming deafening sense of my existence to be of no difference in the world. The absolute worthlessness of my being.

The abrasion of these feelings rubbed me raw until I had nothing of myself to think of, nothing else left to feel... and with no other voices and sounds around me or inside of me, I saw this dark abyss of deep blue. The space of myself.

In that space on the right side of my mind, I saw a tiny pulsating point of light, it felt like it was the me, inside of me.

And it said, Sarbira, I love you.

I. Love .YOU.

And I held on to those words, and I felt myself slowly ebbing back to life.

To this world. To this reality outside of myself.

And for the first time, as I flew back home, I felt like I had found a new relationship. And it was with myself. I knew in the absence of an external love, there was someone who loved me.

And it was me.

I can’t even explain it. But I never felt the raw real ness of that kind of self love.
