Percy is a Harvard-Trained Psychiatrist, IFS Psychotherapist, and soon to be sex and relationship coach.

His work with Psych Garden includes Psychedelic / Ketamine-Assisted therapies, though he believes many medications are overrated when compared to quality talk therapy. He cofounded Implicit Bias from the Outside-In, and worked with Black Therapists Rock, Fathers Uplift, and the IFS Collaborative.

He has a first degree black belt in Karate and extensive experience with Indo-Tibetan meditation.
