My great friend Kyle Wilson joins me on the podcast today and provides some of the best discussion I think I’ve ever had on this podcast about underwriting and working with capital partners.

Kyle first got a taste of real estate investing like so many other investors - through house hacking. Being a professional hockey player, Kyle knew he needed to get plans for the future figured out.

Fast forward to today and Kyle and his wife have built a real estate empire and systems to find, analyse, and manage the successful real estate business they’ve built.
