Over a career spanning 20+ years, Mark Hurst has worked as tech executive, investment banker, and management consultant. His passion around the convergence of technology and real estate led him to found HurstX Solutions (HXS), where Mark specializes in helping early stage startups in the #proptech space.
Prior to HXS, Mark held sales strategy/operations and business development positions at HouseCanary, a leading residential real estate data & analytics company.
Mark's been fortunate to work across a number of industries, functional groups, as well as companies in all stage of growth. He's been part of founding teams working out of garages and spare bedrooms, while also seeing the inner workings of billion dollar companies.
Mark received a BA in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and also took an extensive course load at MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
Today we're discussing hot trends in proptech as well as possible solutions to housing shortage crisis.
