My brother's wedding is this weekend. I'm so excited and one of the questions I get all the time is how do I balance social events or going out with friends or wanting to have some drinks? How do I balance that while trying to maintain my weight? So this episode falls under the pillar of being healthy physically, and I hope you guys like it.

I'm going to talk to you about something that I'm going to call the unglamorous side of divorce. I think that the advice I'm going to give might be different than what you would expect from me, but I wholeheartedly wish that I would've had a friend or an older sister or somebody who would have given me the same advice and I wish I would have been not stubborn enough that I would have actually listened.

On today's podcast, I talk about how I ended up in $170,000 in student loan debt. At one point I remember dreaming about the day I could go to the grocery store and just buy any produce I wanted, not just the stuff that was super cheap and on sale. I give you tangible steps and tips that I took to get out of that debt and what I do now to stay on a budget and to continue to control my spending. 

I'm super excited for this podcast. One of the number one things I hear from people I work with and just my girlfriends in general, seriously, every single person says, oh, I would be happy with myself if I could just lose these last 5, 10, or 15 pounds.
