I am walking you through a guided journaling practice. So between each question I encourage you to pause the episode and journal on the questions or talk out loud to yourself in the car or even just take time to think about it if that’s more your style. The intention is to explore the part of yourself that is each enneagram type or at least carries the pressure of that type. So, yes the title says this is for enneagram type ones but truthfully it’s for anyone who wants to explore the part of them that relates to the type one.
