Michelle Park is an Emmy-award winning broadcast journalist and correspondent for NBC New York…but her most important role is as the mama to two adorable little girls, ages 3 and 6. As a health + lifestyle correspondent for NBC and beyond, Michelle found herself constantly worrying about them as it pertains to food, diet culture, and body positivity… and wondering how they will grow up amidst a world that is so often poised to tell us “we’re not doing it right.”
