Kindness. Where something so little can be so BIG. I’m sure you’ve seen or heard the quote, “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.” Most of the time, this “battle” is the thoughts in our mind. Our internal struggle can feel like a battle. In this episode, I give examples of what small acts of kindness can do for another and I challenge you to do five of your own this week. Can you imagine if everyone spread more kindness? This world would be a magical place!
