In E236, Carstin Hao discusses his Airbnb arbitrage business that is focused in the United States. Carstin is investing at a distance, in cities he's never been to. Airbnb arbitrage can be risky for those who don't do it with diligence but Carstin seems to be doing a great job at mitigating his risk. From buying furniture, staging units, renting them out, getting cleaners, getting handymen and maintaining a superhost status, Carstin is getting it done and doing it with swagger.
