The Oklahoma Sooners pulled off a resilient win over the LSU Tigers on Saturday to put the program in position for its first College Football Playoff Berth since 2019. John Mateer overcame a trio of interceptions for his first 300 yard passing day since week 1 and Isaiah Sategna provided the go-ahead score on Mateer's 50-yard TD late in the game. The Sooners defense once again proved to be the difference, helping the Sooners overcome Mateer's three interceptions.
