One would hope that when they discover what their spirit animal is that its one of bravery and fierce qualities. Ya know, something like a lion or a shark. So naturally when I found out that my spirit animal was a lizard I was a little confused. But upon further investigation I realized that the "little dragon" friend is exactly what I need in my life right now.

Whenever we go through traumatic things in life there's many different paths we can take to healing. There's passive approach where we are just hoping thing can get better with little to no action. Or the way I like to go forth in life, by grabbing the pain at the root of it and finding ways to give myself peace and let go.
