Dana and Cristina discuss how to reframe movement and rebuilding your relationship with exercise. What happens when you want to use movement as a tool to support your mental and physical health, but it’s difficult because of your mentality towards exercise and perfectionism? Exercise is a really complicated health-promoting behavior to integrate and/or step away from, especially when we have connected exercise with body size. In this episode, Dana and Cristina have very different perspectives on how to work through our relationship with exercise, and practical tips on how to work towards exercise neutrality. For some of us, we’re still working on this - and that’s okay!!
