We share what we learned from a workshop by Dolores Mosquera about working with parts. We share what she explained about why trust can be such an issue even when there is a solid therapeutic alliance in therapy. We redefine the “Adult Self” based on her definition of “emerging and not yet defined”. We discuss ideas for increasing awareness and cooperation.
