We discuss how she combined her love of canning (and jars!), with her love of writing, to start her successful blog, Food In Jars.com, which then led to four successful (and beautiful!) cookbooks. We also talk about what you'll need to get started on your own canning journey, as well as what you should and shouldn't do when you first start canning.
