Brandon spent years shoving down childhood trauma by living the lifestyle he thought a professional skateboarder needed to. It took jail time and a few court-mandated treatment programs for him to finally look inward and start the recovery process. Now he’s working to help people who are dealing with the same struggles he’s faced.

Brandon and Justin also chat about the societal pressure men face to be tough, setting boundaries with friends and family during recovery, and their mutual love of Brené Brown and skateboarding.
