MLB implemented new rules this season which includes a pitch clock, and the Boston Red Sox were impacted by it over the weekend in their spring training game against the Atlanta Braves.

Jake Ignaszewski and NESN's Lauren Willand share their thoughts on how the game against the Braves ended (in a tie) and share insight about their feelings on the pitch clock as a whole. The two also discuss Chris Sale's bullpen with his family in attendance and why it was a good sign for the pitcher.

James Paxton also will have his first start soon and the hosts share why it's important for Paxton to impress early. Bobby Dalbec continued to prove why he's great in spring training with a home run over the weekend.

Later Jake and Lauren talk about the Red Sox lineup which featured Triston Casas and Masataka Yoshida as the leadoff hitter.
