The Red Sox won on Patriots Day with a 4-2 victory over the Chicago White Sox in the series finale at Fenway Park. The Red Sox took 3 of 4 in the series from the White Sox and managed to win the season series, 4 games to 3. Rob Refsnyder hit his 1st Home Run of the season and Trevor Story collected 3 hits in the victory.  The Red Sox have won 5 of 6 and 6 of their last 8.

Walker's Day on the Bump: Walker Buehler had a strong start for the Red Sox on Monday. The 30-year-old gave up 1 earned run over 7 Innings. He needed 9 pitches to toss a 1-2-3 7th Inning and finished at 100 pitches for his outing. Buehler struck out a season-high 9 and walked 3.  Buehler left with a 4-1 lead and picked up his 3rd win of the season. The White Sox went 0-for-8 with Runners in Scoring Position against Buehler.

Duran's Hit Streak: Jarren Duran extended his hit streak to 8 straight games with leadoff Double in the Bottom of the 3rd Inning. It helped spark the Red Sox 3-run inning against Jonathan Cannon.  Duran went 1-for-4 in the win and has 1 hit in each of the 8 games during the streak.

#'s of the DAY: With Refsnyder's Home Run in the 2nd-Inning, the Red Sox have homered in 8 straight games (13- Total) after going 6 straight games without going Yard.  The Red Sox are now 6-1 on the season in the final game of a Series with 6 straight wins in the series finale. What's On Tap?: The Red Sox open up a 3-game series against the Mariners Tuesday night at Fenway Park.  Brayan Bello will make his season debut in the opener against the Mariners.  Seattle enjoyed a day off Monday and enter the series against the Red Sox at 12-10 thru its 1st 22 games.  The Mariners took 2 of 3 from the Blue Jays over the weekend and have won 4 of their last 5.  The Red Sox will play 3 in Cleveland and 3 more in Toronto on their next road trip.

Liam's Return: Liam Hendriks was activated on Saturday, and he made his Red Sox debut in Saturday's loss. Hendriks gave up a 2-run Home Run to Andrew Vaughn in the 8th Inning.  Hendriks last pitched in the Big Leagues on June 9, 2023 with the White Sox.  He is coming back from Tommy John surgery and treatment for non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (diagnosed in January of 2022).  After improving to 2-0 in his 1st 2 Big League starts Friday night, Hunter Dobbins was optioned to Triple-A Worcester.
