Monitor heart rate - monitor heart rate through. The number of your heart rate is how many times your heart beats a minute.
Blood pressure monitoring - is when you measure your systolic and diastolic pressure. Systolic is the pressure in your arteries when your heart contract and pushes blood out. Diastolic pressure is your arteries heart rate at rest between beats.
